Alexandre is the founder of Wizeimpact (Wizeimpact.com), a for-purpose consultancy that leverages business-as-a-tool to find solutions to our social and economic challenges.
Since 2010 Alexandre has been working with the UN Global Compact (UNGlobalCompact.org) on how to improve Communication On Progress of corporations as a way to enhance businesses’ transparency as well as best practices among UNGC LEAD companies (top companies achieving the “Blueprint for Sustainability Leadership”).
His work was part of a book that was distributed during the Rio+20 Summit in Spring 2012 called “Globally Responsible Leadership: Business According to the UN Global Compact”.
As a GRI Trainer (GlobalReporting.org) with certified GRI content he teaches Sustainable Development leaders on how businesses could perform according to key economic, social and environmental indicators (Middle East & Africa).
Alexandre is also involved in numerous projects promoting Social Business, Social Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation as well as Social Impact Measurement. As a Social Return On Investment Practitioner (TheSROINetwork.org) he measures corporate Shared Value by understanding their total return on investment. In 2011 he was finalist of several social innovation concepts with Hult Prize, Dell Innovation Challenge and Dubai+Acumen Challenge.
In 2013 Alexandre was part of the Circular Economy 100 club of companies (with Cisco Systems) organised by The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, foundation that made Circular Economy visible to a wider business audience. He published several papers on Circular Economy and a socially oriented version developed by Wizeimpact: A Valued Circular Economy, grasping this opportunity to improve people livelihood.
Alexandre graduated with an MBA from Hult Boston, MA, USA (2011) with electives in Social Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), has a Master Degree of International Organization Administration and Humanitarian Law (2005) with a thesis on “Ivory Coast and its Ivoirité Identity Crisis” and, a diploma from ECOA Ethics School, MA, USA (2012). Lastly in 2014, “The Age of Sustainability” by Professor Jeffrey Sachs, Columbia University, New York, USA.
